Hi to all,

it a pleasure to find out this specific forum related to nauli. Great idea!

My question is related to the hands position. I've noticed that if the hands are just above the knees, fingers dowm the nauli movement is reduced.

With the hands in the same position, but the fingers pointed inward the movement is wider.

Putting the hands in between knees and hips, fingers inward, allows me to contract some small string muscles located at the side of abdominal strings (check here my flickr space http://www.flickr.com/photos/2…..5839@N02/). In this position the nauli movement starts and ends with this contraction.

Does anyone have the same experience?

Cheers,

Kat

I was recently told that the "string" muscle you refer to is the psoas minor.

I think I do the same thing more or less but I'll try to pay close attention to it tomorrow and experiment a little. I have the hands pretty high up I think.
